We’re inviting all new volunteers (and those who want a refresher!) to come to the next induction convenient to them. This is your chance to learn more about The Centre, your role as a volunteer, and our community.

It’s also our chance to walk you through our basic health & safety procedures, get to know you, and answer your questions. This way, your volunteering with us can begin as smooth as possible.

The formal induction will last about an hour. Within that hour, we will cover:

• A brief round of introductions
• A walk around the building and garden
• Main Health & Safety points
• Main Terms & Conditions points
• Any questions you may have about your role and The Salisbury Centre.

After that, we can hang around for up to 30 mins of informal time just to get to know each other.
