About the Event

These circles are dedicated to women journeying through the transitional phase of Perimenopause and Menopause—a time when the body calls for deeper listening, nourishment, and energetic recalibration.

Whether you’re just beginning to notice shifts or are deep in the midst of transformation, you are welcome here.

Rooted in Taoist feminine practices and Meridian Energy System, each gathering offers:

~ 🌿 Embodiment practices~ to support hormonal balance, emotional regulation, and nervous system harmony

~ 🌸 Taoist-inspired rituals ~such as womb or breast massage to restore vitality and nourish the meridian system

~ 🔥 A compassionate sharing space ~where each woman is seen, heard, and honoured without judgment

~ 🌕 Seasonal and elemental reflections ~ to help you attune to your inner landscape and the rhythms of nature

Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected, resourced, and supported in your cyclical wisdom.
