About the Event:

Meditation Classes Overview

Meditation is often surrounded by misconceptions, making it challenging for many to start, maintain, and benefit from the practice. These classes are designed to bring clarity, simplicity, and joy to meditation, helping participants experience balance, peace, joy, love, and a deeper sense of purpose in life.

Class Structure

Each class will have two main parts:

  1. Topic for Study
  2. Time for Practice

1. Topic for Study

Each class will explore a specific theme designed to inspire and support participants in developing a consistent meditation practice and integrating it into daily life.

Topics will include:

  • Preparing for meditation
  • Relaxing and unwinding
  • Choosing the right technique
  • Working with the mind
  • Managing difficult emotions and boredom
  • Developing a consistent practice
  • Bringing a practice to life
  • Making the most of each session
  • Deepening the practice
  • Applying the benefits in daily life
  • Attracting love, prosperity, and success through meditation

2. Time for Practice

After discussing the topic, participants will be guided through a meditation practice, applying the principles and techniques covered in the session.

  • Each session will introduce a new approach aligned with the day’s theme.
  • After the practice, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and ask questions.
  • Every class will conclude with simple yet effective tools, tips, and recommendations to support ongoing progress and well-being.

About the Facilitator – Beata

Meditation transformed my life beyond my belief and still is.

I heard about benefits of meditation years before I actually sat down to meditate. As a very active person with a very busy mind I was so afraid how boring it will be sitting and doing nothing and what a waste of time.

When I eventually started, my knowledge and my desire were very little. I thought that successful meditation is having quiet mind and traveling through the fields of bliss. Instead I faced raising thoughts, physical discomfort, difficult emotions and boredom. With time it got easier and I began to see some small positive changes but the sitting experience was not good enough for me to be drawn to meditate daily.

It all changed when I met few wonderful meditation teachers who taught me the secrets to the process. Firstly, I started looking at meditation not as a some kind of task but as a process of coming into direct, loving relationship with the subtle energy inside me, my essence. Secondly, by applying knowledge and principles thought by my teachers into my daily meditation practice my life begin to change. I started to see the world in a new way, without the filters of my limitations. Meditation brought me tranquillity, balance, greater joy, love and purpose.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, skills and experience.

I hold diploma in Hypnotherapy and Transformation Coaching and I am a Reiki Master. I use my knowledge, skills and experience to create a safe and supportive space for participants to relax and open up to the experience so they can make the most from the practice and leave the class feeling inspired and restored.
