Find out more about her www.koa-edinburgh.ukCompassion is not simply a feeling. It is a powerful motivation and practice that supports regulation of the nervous system, greater awareness of our emotional and physical needs, and a stronger ability to express those needs in safe and confident ways. Through compassionate practices, we create the inner conditions for calm, clarity and courage. Each month will explore a unique theme inspired by the CMT framework, supporting you to develop tools that nurture safety, self compassion and emotional balance.
