About the Event:
Join us for a creative morning of art, reflection, and community. These sessions are loosely guided by Rachel McDonald, who supports people in creating their own Sacred Circles artwork — a mandala-style practice that helps reflect on personal journeys and the significance of seasonal change. Each workshop includes space for meditation, time to create, and a closing circle of sharing.
At the same time, this is also an open studio drop-in: a relaxed space where you can bring your own artistic projects, explore freely, and receive gentle mentoring and inspiration from Rachel if you wish. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming — a chance to create alongside others, exchange ideas, and reduce the isolation that can sometimes come with making art alone.
Whether you are curious to explore mandala art as a guided process, or simply want to enjoy a few hours of open, supported creative time, you are warmly invited. Beginners and experienced artists alike are welcome.
