I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, so that no matter your body type, age or level of experience, everyone can benefit from the gifts of yoga. I have a holistic approach including the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies in my classes, encouraging you to strengthen the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit, and offering a safe space for you to accept whatever is arising.

This tier is for those who are students on a low income, carers, or single parents. It is also for people who are unemployed or underemployed, navigating financial hardship, or facing systemic barriers. If you rarely spend on extras or feel stressed about meeting basic needs, this tier exists so that you can still participate. Your presence matters, and you are welcome here.
