About this event

Welcome to Wild Writing (Young Adults 16-25)

Come join us every fortnight for 90 mins of generative writing at The Salisbury Centre. These classes are perfect for young adults aged 16-25 who want to spark their creativity to unleash intuitive, instinctual work.

Using poetry as a prompt, we go beyond journalling, writing in small, intimate Writing Circles, always moving past the inner-critic, sharing what we’ve written, accepting and supporting one another, never judging.

Don’t miss out on this novel opportunity to develop your practice and meet new friends.

Is this only for writers?
  • No! Wild Writing is suitable for anyone who wants to spark their creativity or write their truth
What do I need to bring?
  • Wild Writing is best done using pen and paper – but if you need IT, please bring your own
Do I need to read out my work?
  • One of the gifts of Wild Writing is the support you get from the circle so reading aloud is highly recommended

Where a “suggested donation” is listed, this is just an indication of what the event might cost if it was ticketed.

This is an invitation to practice ‘Dana’ (generosity) – please pay only what you can afford to attend.
