About the event:

Join us on the first Thursday of every month for a creative and supportive art session in a confidential, non-judgmental space. No prior art experience is needed—just an open mind! Each session begins with individual art-making, guided by themes such as identity, emotions, and relationships, with a special focus on womanhood and mental well-being. All materials are provided, with sustainability in mind. In the second half of the session, participants can share and reflect on their artwork, encouraging personal growth, self-exploration, and community connection.

She lives in Edinburgh, UK, where she is studying Art Psychotherapy to support her future work in helping others access creative play and self-expression.
