Write Your Self is an invitation to connect with yourself through different portals such as mind, body, sensation, intuition, memory and relationship to self and others.
We will use a variety of art materials to explore the patterns of our lives and our world, and reflect on how they impact us.
All basic materials are included but if you want to bring your own feel free.

A class for adults to learn and practice contact improvisation: a dance form that brings awareness to body-mind, gravity, touch, weight sharing, autonomy and collaboration.
The group is open to everyone, both regular members and one-off visitors.
