The studio is a spacious, light filled room, overlooking the garden and is suitable for classes such as Dance, Tai Chi or Yoga.
Access is by a single flight of stairs and unfortunately there is no lift.
The walls are painted white, the ceiling is a mottled blue and white, the floor is sanded, and there is adjustable lighting, all making for a serene and peaceful place.
We have a supply of yoga mats, and meditation cushions, stools and zafus. In addition there are two large carpets which can be rolled out to give the room a cosy feel. There is also a sink with hot and cold water in one corner, and a plentiful supply of chairs and tables. The room can hold events of up to 55 people. The Studio can fit up to 15 yoga mats.
A projector, screen and loud speakers are available to hire upon request.

Peak
Off-Peak*
*Off-peak defined: An off-peak booking is a booking of any room on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday only, where at least the first four hours fall before 17:00. Bookings shorter than four hours must fall before 17:00 entirely to qualify for off-peak pricing. Off-peak rates do not apply to Saturdays or Sundays at any time.
We take no 1-hour bookings in the studio between 08:00-17:30 on the weekends. The minimum length is now 2 hours during that time.
1/4, 1/2, 3/4 hours: A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all hires. Thereafter, consecutive fractions of hours up to 30 minutes will be charged as an additional half hour, based on the 1 hour rate while anything over 30 minutes will be charged as an additional one hour. (ie, no 15 minute booking fees).
