Participation in a Symbolic Space Circle allows individuals to experience a novel way of exploring their intentions and connections with the self and the world.
A drama workshop for adults to explore and dive deeper into acting
Fortnightly practice sessions that explore predominantly Buddhist practices for adults with prior meditative/spiritual experience.
Explore somatic movement, improvisation, and ecological embodiment while cultivating the connection with ourselves and our surroundings.
We will use a variety of art materials to explore the patterns of our lives and our world, and reflect on how they impact us.
